About the Team As a Presales Early Talent Program Lead, you'll play a key role on the global Presales Enablement team. You will be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing presales skills, improving career opportunities, and teaching about Workday's outstanding technology. The aim of the Presales Enablement team is to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that drive elite presales performance within Workday's organization. Your mission is to build and manage an efficient, engaging and innovative program that enables our presales teams to equip, enable, and empower them for sales success. About the Role About the Role As the Presales Early in Career Program Lead, you will be an inspiring leader building the strategy for the program by collaborating with key business stakeholders across presales operations, marketing, sales and other teams, industry and field sales leadership in each region. You will identify the Early in Career program goals, building out visual learning paths then curating or develop the content needed using a variety of innovative, efficient and engaging delivery methods resulting in a FUN and effective employee experience. You'll demonstrate your creativity and resourcefulness by nurturing a global early talent program that helps build their foundational skills and ensure success in their teams. And you'll have fun! You bring your passion for learning, new hire training, sales, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. You love to explore new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun! Main responsibilities * Lead the vision and mission for Presales Early in Career. * Define, develop, and deliver world class learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior change and increase enablement and performance within our global presales business units. * Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners - Collaboration and influencing without authority are key as this role will be in an environment where partnership and relationships with key partners and stakeholders make all the difference. Show up as a strategic thought partner to the Learning Design leader. * Assist in the definition of performance * Develop assessment approaches that allow us to identify, scale and repeat success measures and minimize knowledge, skill and motivational deficiencies * Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through use of performance metrics/trends and present these to presales leadership Basic Qualifications * 10+ years in an enablement, presales, or delivery role supporting the sale of Enterprise Software * 5+ years building Early Talent/New Hire/Onboarding programs, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or Enablement. * 5 years in program management. Other Qualifications * Experience managing cross-functional partnerships. * Ability to use data analysis to drive recommendations. * Excellent collaboration skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills.
