About the Team Workday Success Plans (WSP) is a subscription-based offering including education, tools and Workday expertise to help customers reach their goals faster by focusing on continuous adoption and driving business value from their Workday applications. The WSP Customer Experience team focuses on delivering a consistent and dynamic customer experience, promoting consumption the services available, and using analysis to drive insight and continuous improvement of the WSP offering. About the Role In this role, your work will impact the customer health and value achieved with the WSP product. You will act as a key player in our efforts related to content creation, product messaging, awareness and engagement marketing campaigns to positively impact the experience our customers have with WSP! More details about what you'll be focusing on: * Define and execute programs in support of continuous improvement of customer experience * Execute segmented marketing campaigns to positively impact usage of the products within WSP by way of monthly Marketo newsletters, customer communications, and customer enablement content and documentation * Contribute to the WSP website's aesthetics and user experience related to site structure, web pages, content, assets, messages, and images * Develop messaging and design content marketing assets for various customer segments * Lead internal WSP brand efforts to sustain continued interest, clarity, and awareness of the WSP program * Incorporate new ways to use technology to automate processes and customer communications to streamline operations related to the customer experience * Establish internal partnerships to connect WSP with the broader Workday ecosystem * Support the generation of WSP customer testimonials and success stories * Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and communicate the performance of initiatives to stakeholders About You Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, content marketing, or demand generation * 3+ years' experience as a producer and reviewer of copy, content, and design elements * Intermediate skill level with Marketo, Salesforce CRM, and comfortable working with HTML and CSS * Detail oriented self-starter with a passion for developing processes and using creativity to find direction amidst ambiguity Other Qualifications: * Skilled listener and communicator with strong executive presentation skills * Proven understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle * Creative with a positive, can-do attitude * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Experience developing valuable internal partnerships * Ability to work independently, with general direction and mentorship * Experience using: Google Suite; Marketo; Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver; Smartsheet; project management software; video editing software.
