I. SUMMARY: Follow all company and department policies and procedures. Attend safety meetings, keep the workplace in safe conditions, and work in a safe manner. Adhere to attendance policy and report to workstation at scheduled start time. Propose ideas or find ways to improve services.II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Perform all job related duties assigned.2. Ensure that all carpets in villas are cleaned.3. Ensure that all curtains in villas are cleaned.4. Ensure that all upholstery and patio furnishings in are cleaned.5. Turn in all lost and found items immediately to resort safety.III. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (OPTIONAL):Does this position directly supervise others? NOJOB SPECIFICATIONSIV. EDUCATION: High School diploma, GED, or six months to one year experience in the hotel industry.V. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Must possess a valid California Driver's license, and be able to operate a golf cart.VI. EXPERIENCE: At least six (6) months related experience and/or training preferred.VII. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Team member frequently is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The team member is frequently required to use hands, finger arms and knees. Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.VIII. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
