We have an opening for a Credit Analyst to join our team in our Los Angeles Headquarters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Analyze and review client accounts and account activity * Apply extension policies * Apply regulatory and firm exposure rules and regulations * Review and monitor trading activity, daily margin calls, and execute the firms' margin sellout process * Research, prioritize, and resolve margin related customer escalations * Mitigate firm and customer risk through intraday alert monitoring and proactively resolve account issues * Partner with our clearing team to drive efficiency and improve the margin offering * Issue daily notices and process payouts and transfers within firm or outside firm * Responsible for approving and entering wires, ACH and journal requests * Keep detailed records in accordance with standard operating procedures * Ensure adherence to firm procedures and industry regulations * Assist with other financial operations * Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business, Finance, or other related fields * Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new and proprietary software * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred * Familiarity with Regulation T and Rule 4210 * Understanding of Equities and Options Strategies * Organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize daily work flow, and ability to work independently * Customer service skills * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
