Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, Wabtec delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.OBJECTIVES:* To improve Customer Satisfaction and Understanding (on the field and in front of our end customer);* To ensure Quick Response and immediate support on warranty failures;* To put in place a Field organisation to support the customer warranty team on daily basis with support of local FS Manager;* To provide to the rest of organisation the correct data, reports and the priorities,; and* To use warranty data to improve internal rex and reliability.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Be able to visit all customer sites and/or end customer depots on a regular basis;* Front-office and interface of Customer Warranty dedicated team (PI, QSRW, PMCO…);* Multiproduct management* Warranty Defect management;* 1st level of analysis* Failure review board* Validation of the field data quality* In-depth analysis management; requests 8D's and challenge PDCA FTA of FT sites (resident has to be an active part of investigations on Field)* Definition of Priorities* Failure documentation* Reliability growth follow up;* Reliability improvement plan management* Customer review* Follow up Investigation;* Control field application* Efficiency of FT solutions over the time* Sisco interface;* Contract management* Warranty QRQC attendance when requested* Chase and push the resolution of issue* Control update of modifications and documentations.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Engineering Degree; and* At least 3 years in Quality, Field Services of Engineering in Rolling Stock.Wabtec Corporation is committed to taking on the world's toughest challenges.
