Homewood Truss, a division of US LBM, designs and engineers’ trusses using innovative IntelliBuildTM software. Our advanced program assures proper fit and function from start to finish. Clients are provided with detailed arrangement drawings indicating placement and installation requirements to meet all building codes.

Homewood Truss will quote any residential or commercial project. Engineered building components save both time and money during the installation process by shortening construction time, eliminating needless material waste, and ensuring quality construction from the start of the project. With a building materials lumberyard in Rocklin, a door and millwork shop and showroom in Roseville, and a truss manufacturing plant in Olivehurst, our knowledgeable staff specializes in serving the needs of professional builders and homeowners alike.

We are currently looking for a Truss Builder for our Olivehurst, CA location.

Hiring for Shifts:  Monday - Thursday:  6am - 4:30pm and 4:30pm - 3pm

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Truss Builder:

  • Assembling precut wooden parts
  • Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors’ instructions and blueprint specifications
  • Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly
  • Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail, and staple guns to connect parts

  • Experience. None, we are willing to train the right candidates! But it’s also great if you have construction experience
  • Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
  • Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
  • Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
  • Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
  • Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
