Job Title: Athletics Concessions Staff Job Summary: The work schedule is designed around the sporting event schedules of Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Soccer, Volleyball, and Baseball. Sports schedules are available at usfdons.com. Must be able to work on gamedays. Work schedules generally starts 2 hours before game time and generally ends one hour after game ends. Min 3-5 hours a day. * Responsible to setting up concession stand, preparation of food, customer service, general cleaning, inventory and restocking. * A California Food Handlers card will be required. * Able to lift up to and including 50 lbs. * Excellent oral and written skills * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment * Must respond quickly to clients, supervisors and managers request in timely and professional manner * Follow school policies and procedures by providing a professional image and behavior at all times Full Job Description: The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, conscientious, positive, and motivated to take initiative and learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Basic knowledge of administrative tasks required. Must be comfortable moving and setting up (sometimes heavy) equipment. Previous professional and customer service experience is preferred, especially in the hospitality industry. Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure. You will be the face of the events management and athletics, thus are expected to be professional both in conduct and appearance. Full-Time/Part-Time: Part time Pay Rate: Hourly
