LPN/LVN Per Diem Sub Acute Per Diem
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working under the direction of the RN/C harge Nurse, the LVN provides nursing care within his/her scope of practice following unit specific
standards of care and the policies and procedures of C orona Regional Medical C enter.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of six months experience within the past two years working in a general acute care facility or an acquired equivalent
competency appropriate to the type of subacute patient the facility provides care for.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Successful completion of a ventilator/tacheostomy skills competency is required within the first seven (7) working days during unit
orientation and annually thereafter.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Current CA LVN license required.
Current BLS (CPR) required.
Current blood withdrawal certification required.
