You'll work with our Motley team of BI analysts, data scientists, marketers, designers, product managers, and customer experience experts to bring new insights. This role is best suited for a strategic thinker with the ability to understand business/marketing strategy, provide consultative business and marketing analysis, and leverage technical aptitude to create insightful and effective insights, analysis and reporting. Our ability to deliver actionable and useful insights for the organization requires that we understand the business, that we are interested in learning about our customers, and are curious enough to uncover the stories buried in the data. We're looking for someone with a proven ability to craft concise, actionable analyses and reports that tell a story about a business area, marketing campaign, or customer segment. * Collaborate and communicate effectively: Business intelligence Fools are like internal consultants. We help teams across the company do their jobs better by identifying opportunities and informing data driven decisions. Our analyses are only useful if we collaborate with teams and leaders across Fooldom and communicate the results clearly. While consulting background/experience is not a formal requirement, we expect a consultative mindset and approach to working with stakeholders. What do you need to apply? * Minimum 3-5 years of collaborative data analytics experience delivering insights directly to key stakeholders * Marketing analytics experience (A/B testing, email marketing, online advertising) * Intermediate to advanced SQL and Excel are a must * Snowflake and Tableau skills are highly valued * Google Analytics experience is a plus Sound like you? Our targeted cash compensation for this role is between $100k -- $115k and does not include any potential equity offerings.
