All patient services are documented appropriately and updated to justify continued intervention.Minimum Requirements:* Graduate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or equivalent foreign physical therapy degree acceptable to the Physical Therapy Board of California.* Current PTA Licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of California, OR must obtain within 180 days of hire.* Certified as a Basic Life Support provider (BLS).* Ability to read, write, hear and verbally communicate in English to the degree required to perform the job* Able to work frequent PM or weekend shiftsPreferred Qualifications:* An active member of American Physical Therapy Association.* Previous experience in physical disabilities and rehabilitation in acute care setting.
