Join us and help put the global economy within everyone's reach.## About the RoleStripe is building for the long-term, and as an early member of the marketing team, you'll be a core part of helping share the Stripe vision and strategy through high-quality executive briefings. As the executive briefing program lead, you'll be driving Stripe's executive briefing strategy, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and Stripe leadership teams.## You will:* Craft the playbook for a high-quality briefing experience. You are customer-obsessed. You listen closely to our customer to understand their challenges and align on the right story to tell, then workshop with expert Stripe teams to deliver inspiring content in the EBC.* Orchestrate the strategy and coordination for briefings. You'll collaborate across the organization to build tailored agendas and ensure briefings run effectively in virtual and (eventually) in-person settings.* Build a trusted relationship with go-to-market teams. You'll serve as a primary contact and partner to sales teams, provide guidance on executive briefings and handle priorities/expectations at every stage of the briefing lifecycle.* Share customer feedback with sales and product teams: You'll become an expert in the needs of customers and the expectations across the industry, detailing feedback that will influence product strategy and sales priorities.* Build a framework to measure and share impact: You'll craft the success of executive briefings by quantifying the impact and experience. You'll use data to drive future iterations of the executive briefings, constantly optimizing for improved performance. You'll share key metrics across the organization to align expectations and communicate the value of the program.## Our ideal candidate will have:* BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of meaningful work experience)* 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing. Experience in executive engagement programs, strategic partnerships, sales or sales enablement is a plus.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Efficient project management experience. You have a consistent track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives.* Understands the nuances of customer marketing, having successfully developed and nurtured customer relationships.* A clear appreciation of the different audiences Stripe speaks to, and how to tailor messaging for each one.* High energy and infectiously optimistic demeanor. Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines and doesn't get phased by rapidly changing environments.* Strong compassion towards others with the ability to create and cultivate relationships across multiple teams.It's not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas-we're looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.
