The Associate support internal and external customers regarding supply chain process, practices and guidance for the Sales Support staff. Responsibilities * Interacts with internal and external customers on a variety of issues (Parts supply, limited inventory...) * Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. * May provide training and guidance to assigned Sales Support staff. * Under general supervision provides sales support in assigned group. * Plays an active and measurable role in meeting budget targets for bookings and billings. * Will be working with demand planning group for specific automotive Globally Managed Regional Account customer reviewing demand and Average Selling Price. * Working with customers on verifying demand, analyzing backlog variation, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) variation, using standardized canned reporting. Profile * Bachelor's with at least 2 years of customer service experience in supply chain. * Data analysis skills * Able to work outside normal hour (with an urgent need) * Oral and written communication skills; Interpersonal and human relations skills * Computer skills - Strong Excel experience / M/S Suite ; SAP (plus) * Demonstrates initiative * Team attitude/behavior, able to work with several different personality types. * Must be comfortable working with multiple levels of management and internal organizations within ST.
