Ability to develop and manage operating budgets. Computer experienceInformation Management: Treats all information and data within the scope of the position with confidentiality and security. Nursing managers and coordinators shall have access to the complete medical record of patients under their care for clinical or health care operation purposes. The Administrative Supervisor's access of medical records relating to patients not under his or her care shall be recorded through the hospitals electronic auditing function or by medical records department staff and may be reviewed by the Privacy Officer or designee.
