Enterprise organizations have invested millions of dollars to collect more and more data in hopes of making better informed decisions. There is often not enough time for analysts to go through all the data and connect analytics outputs to business decisions. Sisu accelerates that manual process and helps analysts bring more value to the business stakeholders. About the role: Solutions Architects at Sisu are the trusted technical partners who will work closely with our customers in ensuring value from Sisu's product and services. SAs are in charge of managing complex projects for our Enterprise accounts. As an SA, you'll work directly with Sisu enterprise clients, alongside CSMs, to bring value and integrate Sisu outputs into our clients' analytics and business intelligence workflows. You will be responsible for executing tasks within scoped technical projects. Sisu's augmented intelligence engine can accelerate data exploration for analysts, and you will be the coach and thought partner of how to best use Sisu on the customers' own data. Our customers want to be data-driven, and Sisu's powerful engine can help deliver value to them in unique ways. You and the CSM will work together to ensure successful delivery of services to our customers. You will interact with analysts, analytics leaders, and business executives to ensure you achieve the success criteria for different enterprise accounts and enable them to get value from Sisu. You will also help triage incoming issues from our customers, coordinate with appropriate stakeholders within Solutions, Product, and Engineering team, and deliver fast resolution or clear expectation setting. As an early member of the post-sales organization, you will also have an opportunity to work on key strategic initiatives to scale the team up. You will play a strategic role in capturing customer feedback and work closely with our product and engineering team to ideate solutions to difficult problems. What you'll accomplish * Work closely with customer success managers, solutions architects, product, and leadership to engage, develop, and grow key opportunities with global brands * Scope and gather technical requirements for services for our enterprise customers * Partner with our customers to understand the analytics needs and assist them in using Sisu to help with the data-driven decision process * Execute on scoped technical work which will require a combination of complex data infrastructure maintenance and analysis and custom production code * Bring a deep knowledge of analytics, BI, and data diagnosis to Sisu and our clients * Understand customer business goals and assist the customer analytics team to use Sisu to achieve those outcomes * Travel to engage with customers directly, in their environment, as needed * Assist in key internal initiatives within the post-sales organization that helps scale the team * Develop and iterate on custom post-processing logic (in Python) for specific enterprise clients What you'll need to be successful * 3-5 years in client-facing technical roles (in customer success, consulting, or related roles) * Data literacy and extensive knowledge of SQL in order to structure and model data appropriately for different metrics and analyses * Intermediate experience in Python and engineering rigor to develop reliable script for enterprise clients * Comfort with business analytics and an understanding of how businesses can effectively and accurately use data to inform decisions * Consistent track record of driving success for customers * Creativity, persistence, and inquisitiveness about analytics, BI, and enterprise data warehouses, and the desire to help enterprises solve problems in new ways * A real passion for cloud technologies that change the way we work- Stellar interpersonal skills and strong team values * Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills, with the ability to establish trust with a range of technical and non-technical audiences * Hands-on, high-energy, and creative problem-solving abilities * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake) and cloud analytics ecosystem (data pipeline, data modeling, business intelligence tools) * Proven success working cross-functionally with customer success, sales engineering, and product teams throughout the product life cycle * Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment * [Desired] Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS * [Desired] Experience in the analytics ecosystem * Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field
