Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to manage our dialysis clinic in San Francisco, CA in the beautiful Bay Area! We are offering a $10k sign-on bonus and relocation if needed! Dialysis experience not required, will train.
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to manage our San Francisco dialysis center location. While experience in dialysis is preferred, we do not require it, as we have excellent training for that. We offer competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a $10k sign-on bonus! Relocation assistance will be provided for out-of-the-area candidates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Dialysis Center Manager (RN) is a critically important role to the overall functioning of a clinic. The Dialysis Center Manager (RN) maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team, who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center. The Dialysis Center Manager's role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The Dialysis Center Manager (RN) will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with Satellite employees, MD's, and other representatives. The Dialysis Center Manager (RN) consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Dialysis Center Manager (RN) will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and experience as a supersor or manager. Six (6) months of dialysis nursing experience is preferred. Open to acute, chronic, and/or home peritoneal dialysis experience.
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.
License/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC). Will consider applicants registered outside of CA, but must obtain license to maintain employment.
