The Processor reports to the Regional Manager, but will also support other team members in the processing of all applicants and temporary employees. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and manage complete and accurate documents and reports on a daily basis. The Processor will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of applicant processing, tracking and onboarding. They will ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes and will exemplify the company's high level of outstanding customer service to both clients and employees alike.At RigUp we are 'Empowering the People who Empower the World'. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and strategic selling experience to provide solutions to clients' priorities, embrace the digital transformation, and maximize operational efficiency.What you should have:* Experience in a staffing company and/or the marine industry* Ability to obtain a clearance status* Previous outside sales and/or business development experience in the staffing industry highly preferred* Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; phone and customer service skills* Positive employee and client relations* Team player who can also work independently* Fundamental computer and office skills* Background check and drug screen* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation requiredQualifications* Excellent computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Suite products* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working effectively with all levels of customers and employees* Must be able to handle multiple priorities while being very efficient* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment* Positive and outgoing personality and attitude* Experience working within a CRM or ATS (Bullhorn and TempWorks), preferred* Bachelor degree, preferredRigUp is a technology company that's building a platform to better support the energy workforce.
