RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in maintaining assortment lists * Coordinate and communicate assortment information and product details to cross-functional teams with accuracy and consistency. Work closely with Inventory Planning, Product Development, E-commerce, Quality & Production, Visual and Gallery Operations to drive deadlines and ensure the process is followed * Execute timely SKU set-up and SKU updates across various RH systems and assortment trackers * Enter and maintain all price changes, working closely with the Planning and Merchandise Operations teams * Manage assortment of furniture Swatches, Touch Up Kits and Replacement Parts * Respond to and resolve requests from the field * Assist in executing Gallery floorset changes by providing SKU lists and creating signage * Proof the sourcebook and web; submit and track requests to fix issues * Attends weekly Business Review and Product Development meetings * Gain an understanding of our competition and their pricing strategies * Provide support for product development process from concept through final sample approval. * Assist in preparing presentation boards to illustrate concepts and products in development. * Maintain product development rooms so presentation ready at all times. * Manage all samples from arrival to archiving. * Create spec packs for new developments. * Manage, organize and maintain finish library. * Work with leader to track, receive and organize photo samples. * Create and maintain PD Status Spreadsheet, internal database and project binders for each season. * Maintain clear and complete development archives. * Category lead for web photo. Partner with cross category team to lead and manage successful web launches. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years work experience. * Previous experience in relevant work experience preferred * Proficient in Excel and Adobe suite (In Design, Photoshop) * High degree of flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment * Proven ability to handle competing priorities * Strong attention to detail and thoroughness * Strong analytical skills * Self-starting, pro-active and inquisitive - but also comfortable in a feedback-orientated and collaborative environment * Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
