Providence is calling a Occupational Therapist (per diem / pay-per-visit / day shift) to Providence Little Company Of Mary Home Health. We are seeking a Occupational Therapist who will provide home health occupational therapy within the Occupational Therapy Professional Scope of Practice, to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; assist the patient in reaching maximum ability within the limits of his/her capabilities and the disease process. Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines * Current Registration in Occupational Therapy * Requires a valid driver's license with no excessive violations or accidents * Requires maintaining the minimum state requirements for auto insurance * BLS Certification * 1 year experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care Preferred qualifications for this position include: * Home care experience About the home health you will serve.
