A lead is a merchant looking to accept credit card payments from their customers. Such an account is called a Merchant Account. A lead can be a live inbound phone call or contact info from someone that visited one of our websites and wants more information or a quote. The responsibility of the Inside Sales Account Executive is to take work with the lead to determine how they want to accept credit card payments (face to face, internet, over the phone, etc...), whether they need equipment or not (we even offer free equipment), and help set pricing to meet the merchant's needs so that the end result is the lead signing a merchant application to become a processing merchant with Paysafe. This is not a pressure sale to the merchant, it is really a consultative sale, where you are acting in the role as an adviser to the merchant.Paysafe provides complete training for our Inside Sales Account Executives, and you are paid while in training too! Anyone with prior sales experience of any kind will make a great candidate for this position.
