OSI Optoelectronics is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative. This individual will interact with customers and company sales managers via telephone and email as well as handle a variety of pre-sales and/or post-sales service functions. Also, processes orders, receives customer requests, and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA) and exchanges. Responsibilities Provide customer service to customers in designated territory via phone and email, troubleshooting/ researching issues and working with the Sales Manager as needed. Process orders by entering customer POs into the ERP system, and providing customer with confirmation and tracking details, as well as invoice if necessary. Process customer return requests in ERP system, provide customer with RMA number, and process replacement order. Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Some College is a plus. 3+ years of related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Able to work in a team environment and with other internal departments. Great organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and self-motivated. Good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
