The Role As a Copywriter, you are key in creating memorable, results-oriented experiences and advertising for our clients. As a skilled writer and storyteller, you should be able to craft compelling copy that's effective within multiple channels, ranging from brand sites and social channels to long-form videos, online ads, client presentations and more. You must be able to adapt their writing to fit the character and tone of different brands and audiences, and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand's presences and personality. Being an exceptional writer, however, is just the beginning. As a Copywriter, you must also be able to juggle multiple projects, and work closely with clients and internal teams to play a role in everything from initial ideation to the final product. You pay close attention to latest digital trends, inspires co-workers, play well with others, and tirelessly produce winning concepts. About You You craft inspired copy across all digital channels, from brand site work to social channels, long-form video, and beyond. You tirelessly solve problems and provide multiple creative solutions for every project, be it a one-off offline advertisement or the start of a large, new integrated campaign. You have a confident voice in brainstorm/concept meetings and come with breakthrough solutions to real problems. You inspire teammates to do the best work possible - all day, every day. You play an active role in helping create breakthrough client presentations. You successfully present and engage with clients on an as-needed basis. You are able to balance multiple simultaneous projects quickly and efficiently by being well-organized. You proactively contribute to the evolution and success of the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives. You can clearly present and articulate work during internal reviews. You'll Need * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 2-5 years of experience in creative advertising or marketing environment across a range of brands. * A passion for all forms of advertising and experience design and stays current with the latest trends and winning campaigns * Solid portfolio featuring a wide range of real work across channels * Attention to detail * Strong interpersonal and time management skills About Organic Organic is a digital agency focused on designing resilient brands at the intersection of culture, commerce and behaviors.
