The Portfolio Risk, Metrics and Tools Manager 3 will be responsible for coordinating all online tool, metric and risk development and execution for the portfolio. It is a pivotal role that will shepherd a group with a wide range of experience into a cohesive, high preforming team across engineering and production disciplines. This role is focused on maximizing efficiency though commonality of process and data sources across organizations and program project areas, proactive identification and management of risk and opportunity activities, and close coordination with all supporting functional areas. As the lead enabling tools position on the program, the selected candidate will have close interactions with program leadership, continuous exposure to functions and engineering and manufacturing centers across the enterprise and will have to develop strong customer relationships. In addition, as the Risk Process manager for the program the candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all risks and opportunities across the portfolio and collaborating with the Business Management function for portfolio financial impacts. The preferred candidate will have proven performance across a wide range of products, functions and business constructs with the proven ability to work in a fast paced environment in support of a dynamic workforce and business structure. Basic Qualifications: * A STEM related Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * Minimum of 7 years' experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Production, Program or Project Management * Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams * Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to individual contributors * Must have and be able to maintain an active SCI clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in a space production environment * Prior experience with ERP/MRP and manufacturing execution systems * Prior experience with data source consolidation and visualizations LosAngelesSpace Salary Range: $166,100.00 - $249,000.00 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
