- Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of all the position requirements. Functions include but not limited to supporting Windows OS, MS Office/O365, Intune, Azure, MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, end user computing systems, hardware, software, application, MDF/IDF, VoIP, network, WLAN, server, BYOD and VDI.
- Experience in troubleshooting, installation, system maintenance, incident management, change management, customer service and support.
- Typically possesses a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
