If you share those values, we’d love to talk to you. LA candidates preferred, but we are open to remote. We are looking for a full time Director of Growth Marketing and User Acquisition. This role will be critical to identify, test and scale existing and new acquisition channels for the MyLife app. In this role, you will both set the strategy and execute on the plan. It will require creativity and a highly data driven mindset. You will: Optimize existing acquisition channels across the Meredith network. This includes developing creative, setting up tracking, managing campaigns, reporting on results and optimizing all aspects of campaigns across print, TV, online and lead gen channels. Identify new acquisition channels and develop campaigns to understand which ones can scale with a positive ROI to provide predictable growth channels for the business Be constantly testing and go beyond the obvious by trying non-conventional channels in addition to more conventional ones. Channels include: SEM/SEO, Social & Display, Influencers, Affiliate, Podcast, Partnerships etc… Partner with Product to optimize the upsell flows to increase the ROI of campaigns through higher conversion rate to subscription Own metrics from impressions to subscribers & manage the marketing budget You have: Minimum of 8 years as a marketer in charge of user acquisition Proven ability to manage a variety of acquisition channels, from creative to programming, tracking and analysis across SEM, online display, social, print, TV, direct marketing. Candidate needs to have hands on experience on how to implement campaigns across these channels. Experience with mobile marketing Affinity with the emotional wellness category and proven ability to understand brand voice and develop marketing campaigns accordingly Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Experience with subscription based products a plus You are: Highly data driven Team player and self starter
