Collection Manager - Chatsworth

Los Angeles based Law Firm is seeking an experienced Collection Manager who wants to earn competitive wages and an outstanding bonus structure. We are looking for motivated individuals who will add value to our existing team.
Assist and monitor a collection team with the following tasks:
* Performance collection activities to ensure account is paid according to contractual payment terms
* Work harmoniously with other departments or external customers to resolve issues.
* Maintain records on account activities to be used in monitoring and analyzing credit files
* Employ effective skip tracing techniques to locate and notify debtor of delinquent accounts through outbound/inbound calls
* Inform customers of their overdue accounts and solicit payment while adhering to F.D.C.P.A regulations and internal policies and procedures.
* Must be knowledgeable of FDCPA
* At least 3 years managerial experience
* Strong telephone communication and negotiation abilities
* Self motivated & able to perform in a fast paced environment
* Great organization skills
* Must be a team player
* Proficiency in Spanish or other language is not required by extremely helpful.
* Professional office environment
