It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan ahead, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services. This entry level position is for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Sustainment Action Request Team. The selected candidate will be working in a high paced environment acting as an Information System analyst for issues coming from the F-35 enterprise. The Multi-Functional Information system analyst will be responsible for: * Root cause investigations * Engineering analysis of software defects * Data integration and training issues from the global F-35 ALIS users Tasks will include analysis, technical documentation, IT system anomaly identification, solution forming and coordinating with development systems teams based on trending data and issue resolution. The selected candidate will also be responsible for written and verbal communication with customers internal and external to the company. The Orlando East location is near the University of Central Florida and minutes away from the major theme parks.
