Will you answer?Responsibilities* Learning: Become highly proficient in KTTS software features, and develop a basic familiarity with all major KLA products* Training: Train internal and external customers. Train account teams on methodologies for communicating features and analysis to customers. Draft training materials. Collect and communicate success stories and feedback.* Problem-Solving: Identify customer/fab-specific issues which should be addressed to increase success of KTTS products, and help provide solutions.* Innovating: Work with product development teams to apply KTTS to their products' diagnostic requirements. Provide ideas for future KTTS features and improvements. Identify and acquire key data for development projects.* Testing: Test new software, and coordinate alpha and beta user testing and results collectionBasic Requirements* Experience with data analysis and solving technical problems* Excellent communication skills, including technical explanations* Excellent interpersonal skills, including encouraging learners and contributors* Motivated to learn new skills independently* Creative problem solver with ability standardize solutionsThis job requires interacting globally. In order to conduct videoconferences with other KLA global locations during their normal working hours, at times it will be necessary to flex personal work hours. Once pandemic travel restrictions are fully lifted, up to 50% travel to customer sites and KLA offices may be required.DesiredHaving some of following types of experience is useful:* Semiconductor equipment engineering roles: applications, product, tech support, product design, systems, process, or equipment engineering* Delivering solutions face-to-face with customers* Providing or developing training* Using or designing diagnostics and calibrations* Using data analysis software, such as JMP, Matlab, Klarity, or 5DA* Computer programming or scripting, such as Python* Working in cross-cultural environmentsMinimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic)ORMaster's degree with at least 2 years of experienceORBachelor's with 3 years of experience, OR equivalent learning through alternative training such as a military veteran in a technical subject area, with 2 years of industry experience.Equal Employment OpportunityKLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
