Kforce client is seeking an experienced Receptionist for a full time opportunity in Laguna Niguel, CA. Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and guests
  • Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • General clerical duties to include photocopying and filing, preparing packages to be sent to county recorder
  • Data entry of new orders
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude

Job Requirements:


  • Experience with Microsoft word and outlook
  • Experience in a real estate, mortgage or title company a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent customer service skills with a can do attitude
