Where You'll Work Our Union City site is part of our Sweet division and creates chocolates and other confectionery items for Kerry customers! What You'll Do As a Maintenance Manager you'll be overseeing the maintenance function, with at least 8-10 direct reports, across all shifts and report to the Director of Manufacturing. Do you have experience in developing a preventative maintenance plan and TPM's? The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the work of the maintenance staff, as well as outside contractors. You'll manage, supervise and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the site and provide leadership and direction as necessary to sustain company growth, establish procedures for maintaining high standards, product quality, reliability and safety. He/she will promote quality improvement efforts, and evaluate and develop improved techniques while maintaining an exemplary safety record. * Provide leadership as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Reliability tools and methods, including: * Data analysis techniques (SPC, Modeling, Fault Tree Analysis, Six Sigma 6σ) * Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA) * Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA) * Non-destructive testing What You'll Need * High School Diploma or GED plus 10+ years of maintenance experience. Degree is preferred * 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment * 5+ years maintenance management experience * Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems * Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs required Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
