POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE The purpose of this role is to support the clinic network in Quality, Education, and Regulatory Compliance related to the outpatient setting. QUALIFICATIONS License /Certification Required: CA RN license BLS # Education Preferred: Bachelor#s degree in business administration or nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience. Experience Required: Minimum two years of outpatient clinic#experience. Preferred: Management experience Experience in clinical outpatient education, staff development, curriculum development and implementation of multifaceted teaching interventions to varying adult learning styles. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrates ability to simultaneously work with and organize key stakeholders across multiple departments. Exhibits the ability to organize work assignments and follow through with accuracy. Exercises good judgment, demonstrates initiative, emotional stability, tact and poise. Demonstrates proficiency in the use of technology and software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to manage competing objectives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment to achieve results. Ability to lead efficient meetings and obtain desired outcomes. Professional work style with high level of problem solving skills. High degree of knowledge of process development and process improvement. Applies critical thinking to generate and assess alternative solutions and conclusions and to anticipate needs and problems in advance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communicates complex information clearly using verbal, written, and visual tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirement of hospital-based outpatient operations; Joint Commission, HRSA, CMS, CDPH, etc. #
