About Your Role As a key resource on the Revenue Operations team, and reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Sales Systems Administrator will ensure all sales systems users have what they need to do their jobs well, provide support to our internal stakeholders, and help with the adoption of Sales Systems, including but not limited to, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong. We are looking for candidates who are team players that are driven to succeed and further the goals of the Juniper Square's Sales organization. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently manage systems support and user provisioning. What you'll do * Provide day-to-day end user support and promote adoption of Sales Systems such as, Outreach, Gong, and Intercom * Manage user access, sharing rules, permissions, profile and roles across systems * Maintain and customize objects and fields, user interfaces, reports and dashboards, workflows, validation rules and feature settings in and other systems as needed. * Troubleshoot system issues, prioritize, and escalate as needed * Help with documentation of system processes and assist with training materials * Assist with import and export of data between and other databases, hygiene, and enrichment efforts, as well as promoting data governance * Proactively monitor system performance and data cleanliness and accuracy * Manage special projects as needed Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field * Strong knowledge of; Salesforce Certification is preferred * Proficiency with Outreach, Gong, Intercom, or equivalent tools * Experience with managing a queue of tickets and tasks * Requires 1-3 years of administration experience * Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel and Word) required * Experience working with Flows and Salesforce CPQ are a plus * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills * Exceptional attention to detail * Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative * Strong organizational skills Benefits * Competitive salary and meaningful equity * Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family * Unlimited vacation policy and paid holidays * Generous paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies * 401k retirement savings plan * Healthcare FSA and commuter benefits programs * Freedom to customize your work and technology setup as you see fit * Professional development stipend * Monthly work from home wellness stipend while we're all remote * Mental wellness coverage including live coaching and therapy sessions * Home office productivity allowance to help create an ideal work from home setup #LI-J1
