* JLL T Mid Market Inside Sales Rep (West Region) The JLL Technologies Mid-Market segment is defined as companies with total annual revenue between $50M - $3B. This Inside Sales Rep position will be responsible for selling a portfolio of JLLT products and services including SaaS offerings, diverse set of technology products & services and consulting offerings. The Inside Sales Rep is primarily responsible for revenue generation through personal efforts to engage potential new customers. The Inside Sales Rep will be the first line of communication with new prospects who reach out to JLL T Mid-Market sales organization as a result of marketing efforts. They will answer inbound calls and move the sale forward by moving through a specific discovery process that ends with scheduling an appointment for an JLL T Mid-Market Account Executive, directly pursing the sale with smaller level clients, or determining that the JLL T product and services solutions are not a good fit. The Inside Sales Rep will also generate new leads for Account Executives through personal marketing efforts to include outbound calls, emails, social media, etc. Inside Sales Reps will possess strong written and oral communications skills to enable them to move new prospects through our sales cycle including communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise regarding technology, advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their actual needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, and signing new MSA's for non-Enterprise level accounts. Key Responsibilities * The Inside Sales Rep is primarily responsible for revenue generation through personal efforts to engage potential new customers. * The Inside Sales Rep will be the first line of communication with new prospects who reach out to JLL T Mid-Market team as a result of marketing efforts. * The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for building and cultivating a productive working relationship with the JLL T Mid-Market Account Executive team. * They will answer inbound calls and move the sale forward by moving through a specific discovery process that ends with scheduling an appointment for an Account Executive, directly pursing the sale with smaller level clients, or determining that JLL T products and services are not a fit. * The Inside Sales Rep will also generate new leads for Account Executives through personal marketing efforts to include outbound calls, emails, social media, etc. * Inside Sales Reps will possess strong written and oral communications skills to enable them to move new prospects through our sales cycle including communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise regarding technology, advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their actual needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, and signing new MSA's for non-Enterprise level accounts. * Ability to effectively communicate via phone in response to inbound leads. Qualifications/Experience * Move the sale forward on large accounts by setting appointment on behalf of Account Executives. * Move the sale forward by actively engaging in the full sales process on small accounts. * Ability to effectively communicate via phone when making outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business opportunities. Utilize additional forms of communication including email, social media, etc. to engage with new prospective clients. * Ability to effectively communicate via email in response to inbound and outbound sales leads. * Follow up with prospective clients who have fallen out of the sales cycle or been non-responsive after initial contact. * Work with Account Executives to engage potential clients in ongoing basis. * Assist in market research through outbound communication to gain market knowledge regarding specific named accounts. * Active participating member of vertical specific trade organization(s) - include becoming board member and/or joining committees. * Bringing on new streams of Monthly Recurring Revenue. #LI-SS1 JLL Privacy Notice Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
