About this role: iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembler to work Temp to Perm in our Cypress, CA facility. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Contract length: Temp to Perm Weekly hours: 40 hours/week, including Saturday Worksite: Onsite, Cypress, CA Hourly rate: Depending upon experience Specific job responsibilities include: * May operate a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist materials to and from shipping and receiving to storage or work areas * Prepare required department records and reports * Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify problems, and suggest changes for improvement * Follow all Work Instructions , SOP's and safety requirements * Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, and Joint Commission standards * Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information in ZioReports.com) * Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm's QA software tool * Data entry of patient diary information * Provide information and documentation to the department supervisor to mitigate any potential system or device issues or risk * Collaborate with Research, Systems, and Product Development team as part of ongoing device and system development and enhancement * Maintain reused circuit board inventory * Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within * Process recycling of devices About you: * Three to six months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered * High school education or equivalent required * Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to and from the local US Post Office (1-2 times per day) * Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs * Computer proficiency required * Data entry experience preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) * Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization * Good time management skills * Flexibility in work assignments FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Temporary As a part of our core values, we ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
