Headquartered in Japan, Renesas Electronics has subsidiaries in 20 countries worldwide.Renesas Electronics America (REA) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Talent Acquisition Manager to join our talented Human Resources team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Lead and develop a high performing talent acquisition team in a fast paced, high growth environment* Drive the customization and configuration of Applicant Tracking and Onboarding modules as well as other technology solutions to improve the candidate experience* Streamline and enhance processes and KPI's* Lead and contribute to the globalization of Renesas' talent acquisition processes and practices by partnering with the Renesas Corporate team (Japan) and regional partners* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders and provide guidance regarding talent needs* Deliver great candidate and hiring team experience by using data and analytics to identify and address weak links in process or approach* Drive accountability within the TA organization to deliver on the talent plan by prioritizing work appropriately, deploying resources as required, and removing roadblocks as they appear* Manage multiple objectives, projects, and activities concurrenlty, using good judgment and data to make the right call on priorities and resourcesQualifications/Skills:* We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10-12 years of Staffing experience, including leadership experience* Experience supporting technology is strongly preferred, configuring and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Onboarding Modules.* Desired candidate should have extensive experience developing scalable talent acquisition policies, processes, and programs* Proven track record of building a high performing team talent acquisition team* Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of stakeholders - business leaders, HR partners, COE's, as well as external partners.Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran
