In this position you will be responsible for data analytics on all Government Campaigns. By working with VP's and planners you'll determine KPI's for each campaign and monitor/optimize campaign from planning through recap. As an Analyst, you will be an expert in all our assets and tracking mechanisms for major campaigns. Skilled work in this area will help win and retain millions of dollars in revenue. Responsibilities: * Builds effective campaign plans using campaign KPI's. * Builds out a cadence or reporting for all media assets for each major campaign. * Keeps up to date with industry research trends on campaign reporting, dashboards, etc. * Monitors campaign strategies and makes sure we are over delivering against pre-stated KPI's. * Collects and analyzes sales and consumer data. * Prepares a recap of delivery for all major campaigns. * Undertakes research using a wide range of specialist media resources. * Works on a wide range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines. * Works with VP's/Directors of Strategic Partnerships, Senior Campaign Strategist and Capture Manager to develop media analytics for partner campaigns. * Responsible for the entire analytics and attribution plans for all major campaigns, including up-front KPI's, monitiroing and optimization for all major campaigns. * Primary focus will be $1,000,000+ campaigns. * Campaign Strategy, Planning, Negotiating and Buying agent.
