Kitchen F&B Host

The Kitchen Host is the master of both the Assembly Kitchen (back of house) and the Guest Gallery Kitchen (front of house), ensuring guests enjoy their travel experience by preparing and serving delicious meals. He/She can easily communicate with our guests, making a connection and taking pride in a well-presented entrée.
The Kitchen Host is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related equipment. Ensure the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. Prepare quality food in a safe and efficient manner complying with proper food handling techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare all food items in accordance to Hyatt Brand standards.
Greets guests and monitors the dining area during meal time to ensure adequate supplies and that guest needs are met.
Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
Bus tables and interact with guests.
Operate dish machine in the prescribed manner and wash all china, glass, silver, pots, pans, etc. according to standards.
Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining room, throughout the shift.
Maintains inventory of food and utensils. Perform any additional tasks requested by management.
