As a Scrum Master in Huron's Analytics COE, you will coach high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams by providing clarity on priorities and the tools and methods for focused productivity and effective delivery. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and product managers to ensure their needs and priorities are clear, as well as providing transparency into the teams' progress and outcomes.

* 8+ years' experience as a scrum master or agile project manager/coach
* Experience managing multiple agile teams across product development and support lifecycles
* Demonstrable expertise of multiple agile methodologies and frameworks
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage large backlog
* Experience training and coaching multiple stakeholder groups on agile principles and methodologies
* Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve productivity
* Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
* Expert-level proficiency with scrum tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA/Confluence
* Ability to promote collaboration within and across teams
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in consulting / professional services setting
* Experience with data intensive solution development
