The scheduler may perform these functions in any level of care setting including home care. The scheduler may schedule assessment, appointments and any care assistance required for resident needs. Responsibilities include making a master schedule, handling call offs by rescheduling as well as providing notice to managers, family, clients and caregivers. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* Education - High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred* Experience/Training - 1 year of scheduling experience preferred or related experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.* Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - None
