The Major Pursuits sales approach begins by working with the Owner to identify and prioritize their desired Outcomes. We help them select and define User Stories that will achieve each of these Outcomes. From there we aspire to secure a Design Assist role directly with the Owner to ensure that Technology is properly designed to support said User Stories. The Major Pursuits Senior Account Executive for North America will lead sales engagements, working with local Vertical Market Business Managers, to drive growth within new and existing key accounts. Especially critical in this role will be the ability lead initial Owner Executive meetings [with and without the Honeywell Executive team] and have the ability to create space for MaxOutcome engagements. This role will be able to manage MaxOutcome (MO) Executive workshops without any support, as required. The Senior Account Manager will leverage our MaxOutcome consulting engagement model to create corporate wide programs with these customers. RESPONSIBILITIES * Executive Sponsor on initial Executive discussions representing MaxOutcome. * Create and drive MaxOutcome consulting engagements with Key Accounts and major pursuits. * Collaborate with Owner executives to understand and align their strategies into stated outcomes and associated user stories. * Drive orders growth within new and existing Key Accounts within USA and Canada. * Train the broader sales team on MaxOutcome and Executive Selling approach. * Work with Vertical Market sales teams for site-by-site coverage. * Create and drive MaxOutcome consulting engagements with Key Accounts and major pursuits. * Develop and drive pipeline of outcome-based selling pursuits across all verticals. Track in SalesForce.Com. * Work with Vertical Market sales teams to drive growth in each vertical. Coach and mentor sellers within Vertical Market teams on outcome-based selling and C-Level selling. * Coach and mentor sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers. Ability to travel within North America at least 50% of the time. YOU MUST HAVE * Minimum of 5 years of proven executive outcome-based sales experience * Minimum of 5 years of quota carrying sales experience WE VALUE * Bachelor's degree in business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university * Strong knowledge of outcome-based selling. * Ability to coach and mentor team to have a winning sales strategy for their accounts and opportunities. * Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire, Security, and Software * Strong skills with platform. * Strong understanding of direct sales of integrated solutions * Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan * Coaching/mentoring skills for sales professions * Strong leadership skills * Strong communication skills * C-Level selling skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
