As a critical leader in our Commercial Operations team, the Sr. Manager of Commercial Insights and Analytics will be responsible for overseeing the team and developing systems and processes that will transform data and intelligence gathering into actionable insights that drive our business. This role will be a cornerstone in creating a data driven culture and becoming an integrated partner to the marketing, sales, and leadership teams. The critical insights this role provides will enable a continued elite-level of commercial success and be a competitive differentiator to the organization. This high visibility role will be both a player/leader that is viewed as a trusted partner to many cross functional teams and will build out a world-class commercial analytics function and capabilities. Specific responsibilities include: * Leading a team of commercial insights analysts, and create the vision for generating key business insights * Oversee the development of comprehensive predictive market models for on-market and new products: consolidating data from a variety of internal/external sources to inform market size, trends, share, and forecasts * Drive revenue/product forecasting processes and modeling, translating strategic plans to annual budgets, quarterly revenue forecasts, and monthly demand plans * Manage the annual strategic planning process * Drive external and internal market research, field survey, and intelligence gathering activity * Develop and manage a strong bench of market research/data vendors * Develop and deploy dashboards, KPI's and reporting packages to various leadership teams * Create vision for a suite of automated, on-demand reports and tools * Develop vision for leveraging CRM platform for garnering additional marek and customer insights * Analyze franchise level data and provide critical insights for quarterly leadership meetings * Develop processes and standardized suites of reporting templates * Consistently seek out/incorporate new sources of data/tools/analytics technology * Create processes to analyze industry trends, competitor updates and gather other sources of intelligence to inform business models and strategies * Develop analytics and success metrics for various marketing campaigns, and deal analytics * Provide analytics support for various initiatives from product lifecycle management to new product development business cases Required Skills * Mandatory Bachelor's degree, with MBA preferred * Prior experience managing a team of direct reports, and proven track record of strong interaction with senior leadership teams. * Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a variety of commercial capabilities and functions, with specific experience in marketing analytics, market research, and commercial operations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Microsoft Excel skills. * Working knowledge of QlikSense, and other data management systems * Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and project management skills Hologic, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer inclusive of disability and veterans. #LI-AH1
