Demand Generation Manager High-Level Responsibilities: * Creating and managing the execution of demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and revenue for our B2B advertising and sales initiatives. * Overseeing the strategic direction for all on-site and campaign content (including blog posts, ebooks, case studies, emails, videos, etc.) and acting as the main admin for our HubSpot instance. * Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales using both HubSpot and Salesforce to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continuous auditing and optimizing of our processes. * Drafting and launching marketing strategies for webinars, videos, and B2B events. * Preparing the Outbound messaging for campaigns and maintaining our Outreach instance. * Preparing regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data. * Training, coaching, and managing demand generation team members. * Managing the Demand generation budget and relationships with third party agencies and vendors. * Developing go-to-market plans for new products and industry launches. * Partnering with the research director to package and deliver essential statistics and analysis for content initiatives. What will it take to be successful? * BA/BS degree * 3 to 5 years experience in content marketing * 3 to 5 years experience in inbound marketing campaigns, social media advertising, digital marketing, and content strategy * Adaptability: you thrive in an environment where every day is a new adventure with new opportunities * Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions * Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers * Skilled with Hubspot, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML, Excel, Google Docs and Dropbox As part of its continued efforts to maintain a safe workplace for employees, Hearst Newspapers requires that all employees who receive a written offer of employment on or after November 12, 2021, be fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) against the coronavirus by the first day of employment as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
