About the job As a User Experience (UX) leader, you help define and drive the future of Google design. You identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what's possible. You possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design. In this role, you will apply your passion for brand, craft, and design fidelity to guide research and design processes, mentor talented members of your team, and collaborate with leaders of other UX and Engineering teams to create innovative experiences across all of Google's products. This team will help re-think the future of work across Google Workspace products and executive leadership as its key clients. Our engagement model includes working alongside Product teams, engaging with other Product Area innovation teams, and driving innovation. As a Senior UX Creative Manager you will push technical and creative boundaries. You will be working with an outstanding team of designers, researchers, engineers, motion designers, and thinkers to influence products across Google Workspace. Additional Information (Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits . * Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado. Responsibilities * Partner with UX Director, other studio creative leads, product partners, external vendors, as well as creative peers and developers to deliver groundbreaking creative product outcomes. * Help to define and evolve Google's design and creative direction across multiple products and Google Workspace initiatives. * Conceive and create mold breaking design and collaboration across all mediums. * Maintain expertise in latest technologies and techniques.
