The gTech Knowledge, Infrastructure, and Tools (gKIT) is responsible for the customer and frontline team experiences for gTech's Ads Ecosystem in our service offerings through our help properties and 1:1 service offerings.
We deliver content and service platform strategies in close relationship with our Services, Product Management, UX, and Engineering partners. We are advocates of the customer experience and for the big-picture vision that is backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables Google to deliver a delightful services experience to our millions of Ads customers.
The Global Product Leads within gKIT team works with partner and customer facing service teams across the gTech Ads Ecosystem to enable them with the tools and insights needed to most effectively and efficiently deliver service so good 'it has to be Google'. To deliver these solutions, we go deep to understand business priorities, translate to a tooling strategy and roadmap, and work with our Engineering partners to develop and deploy solutions to enable gTech's teams. As Head of Global Product Leads, you will lead our Global Product Leads working with product management and engineering leadership across Google to design and deliver tools for gTech Ads Ecosystem high-touch service teams. You will help scope, build, and bring to market innovative tools that meet the needs of our frontline teams.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of enterprise systems integration, strategy consulting, or product management experience.
* Negotiation experience. Experience influencing senior executives.
* Experience delivering business change initiatives and working with product development teams.
