Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience in digital advertising or associated marketing technology. * Experience in advertising product development and commercialization. Preferred qualifications: * Experience using data and analytics to influence business decisions at multiple levels. * Experience in documenting detailed market needs/business requirements for opportunities/alignment on strategic goals. * Experience defining clear objectives and delivering key results. * Ability to navigate ambiguity. * Knowledge of attribution and incrementality solutions (e.g., Google and third-party offerings). Within the Global Product area, the Global Performance Measurement Team focuses on conversions, attribution, and incrementality. We help our customers measure the success of their advertising. Within the Global Performance Measurement Team, you will act as the link between sales and product for attribution and incrementality solutions. You will understand the measurement marketplace, landscape, and advertiser needs that will help drive both product strategy and commercial success. Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas - Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform - you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising. Responsibilities * Understand customer needs across geographies, industries, and customer segments, in collaboration with sales and operations partners. * Translate advertiser needs into strategies and roadmaps with product and engineering partners, understanding performance measurement. * Serve as a subject-matter-expert on performance measurement with a specific focus on attribution and incrementality product areas. * Develop go-to-market strategies for a set of products and global teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
