Fiduciary Trust is hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated support to our Head of Business Development who is based in San Mateo, CA. The EA will join our small office consisting of 12 wealth management and trust professionals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, operating with sophistication and discretion. Responsibilities: * Provides comprehensive and proactive administrative support including complex calendar management and scheduling and email/ correspondence support. * Assists with all aspects of business travel management, agenda details and expense report submission * Creates and edits presentation materials * Plans and coordinates events and meetings, which may include reserving meeting rooms, preparing materials, circulating agenda, booking venues, and catering * Receives telephone calls, screening priorities and responding appropriately * Ensures invoices and expense reports are processed timely and accurately * Provides superior client service to visitors and callers; maintains the highest level of professionalism and composure under pressure Ideal Qualifications: * 6+ years' work experience, preferably senior level executive administration and/or project management roles * Experience working within the financial services industry preferred * Experience working with members of senior management and high-profile clients; must be confident in communicating with clients and business partners of varying seniority * Professional demeanor with the ability to demonstrate initiative and clear decision making * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Solid organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain orderly records * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment * Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances * Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) #LI-US #ASSOCIATE What makes Franklin Templeton unique?
