The Role You'll have overall responsibility for being a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional brand-aligned customer service to F&P's valued customers across all channels. You'll deliver a seamless, brand-aligned customer experience that influences enduring business partnerships to increase market share and profitable growth in the short and long term. You'll provide inspirational leadership, and ensure Salesforce and other systems are current & accurate to ensure delivery to plan. Last but not least, you'll proactively approach improvement to resolve gaps. The Person We're looking for an experienced sales professional with demonstrable experience in account management, customer success or sales role with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding quota/metrics. You're an articulate communicator, an expert listener with exceptional stakeholder and customer management skills.
