Start doing the best work of your life here.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Deposit Operations team provides operational support to First Republic clients, both external and internal. We move quickly to serve our clients' needs so that their financial transactions are handled with ease and efficiency. As ambassadors of First Republic's high standard of extraordinary service, we are key drivers of the long-term relationships we build with our colleagues and clients.The intern opportunities within Deposit Services, Operations may include but are not limited to* Audit/ERM/Regulatory Affairs* Training & Development* Data Analysis* Process Improvement* Process ServicesExamples of experience you will receive as an Operations Intern:* Receive real world exposure to clients through support interactions and/or operational functions* Support the Risk and Compliance teams* Work with Training on curriculum updates and new program development* Support the Operations Management team with data analysis* Work with Management on identification and implementation of process improvementsQualificationsYou could be a great fit if you have:* A drive to provide excellent service* Completed at least two years of undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study* A minimum GPA of 3.0* Basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance* Strong oral and written communication skills* Analytical, adaptive, leadership, team player, multi-taking skills* Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Job Demands:* Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.* Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.Own your work and your career - apply nowAre you willing to take initiative and make decisions?
