Your Role: As the CG Lead, you'll be working within an awarding winning creative group amongst some of the brightest minds in the industry. You'll need to lead in the development and organization of complex CG Assets and Content to ensure a smooth and efficient pipeline for the video marketing department. Assist and coordinate the setup and sharing of assets across CG teams, artists, and vendors. You'll need to be a constructive leader in managing junior artists, while also helping to facilitate a smooth collaboration between multiple teams. Ultimately, you'll help to ensure the team's ability to meet deadlines across a wide range of project deliverables from marketing and sales to visualizations and development. Basic Qualifications: * 8+ years' experience in a related CG animation, motion graphics, and/or post production industries. * 3+ year' experience in a CG lead/management role. * Proficient in CG rigging for automobiles and other mechanical setups. * Detail oriented asset management skills. * Proven knowledge + expertise in CG development and integration for video production and motion graphic pipelines. * A thorough understanding of optimizing CG Assets for high quality rendering and efficient video output. * An animation specialist with skills to help elevate CG capabilities. * Expert knowledge of a wide range of applications including but not limited to Adobe CC, Autodesk Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Nuke.
