This is an opportunity to join a team where you're set up for success and play an integral role in helping us embrace hyper-growth mode!As Faire's Senior Manager of Sales Operations You Will:* Salesforce & Systems Architecture:* Help assess, define, and implement the proper Salesforce infrastructure and solutions to support our scaling sales teams* Scope out requirements and manage projects and timelines for each systems initiative* Optimize the current sales tech stack including improving the workflows currently in place with Salesforce and Salesloft and owning the diligence, selection and implementation of additional platforms* Understand end to end business processes, flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better forecasting, territory planning, and compensation strategies* Revenue Ops:* Manage sales quotas and compensation for team of ~40 sales and success executives* Help design and iterate on compensation plans* Manage book sizes and territories across sales and success teams to ensure equitability* Management:* Lead the Sales Ops Systems team and manage a team of systems admins* Hire additional sales ops heads as needed* Partner with Head of Sales and sales leadership to develop out Sales Ops roadmap and priorities* Partner with product, business operations, sales management and data-science on a number of cross-functional initiatives to drive growthQualifications:* Salesforce (SFDC) Architecture; Certified Technical Architect or Certified Developer or willingness to obtain certification upon hire* 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly Lightning* You are analytical and data-driven -- you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives* You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change* You are resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves* Ability and interest to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, finance and marketing teams* Knowledge of SQL strongly preferredAbout FaireFaire is an innovative online marketplace that uses machine learning to match local retailers with the makers of products that uniquely fit their stores.
