The Employment Law & Investigations Analyst will work closely with our internal teams to manage the investigation operations life cycle. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to think analytically while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and organization in a fast-paced environment. This role will be focused on gathering and analyzing data, producing reports of forensic findings, taking notes during investigative interviews, and working closely with the Employment Law & Investigations Team to come to a resolution.
Employment Law & Investigations Analyst Responsibilities
* Partner with Employment Investigations team, HRBPs, People Operations and Employment Law
Search for, manage, review, and analyze data from disparate systems and create a comprehensive forensic report
Produce detailed notes during internal investigation interviews
Partner with others on the Employment Investigations Operations team to manage dashboards and metrics
Maintain detailed notes in the case management system
Create processes for the investigations lifecycle to meet delivery timelines
Prepare Employment Investigators for investigations by reviewing analysis and research prior to interviews
* 2+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or as a Litigation Paralegal
Experience searching for and pulling data from multiple disparate sources
Experience in document review and analysis
* Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Proven experience providing paralegal support with pre-litigation cases
Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and other HR tools
